OUR STORY
Founded in 2008, MaiKhao Group is a privately owned company specialising in development, construction and operation of real estate projects located on the island of Phuket, Thailand.
Established by a team of young professionals, the company have successfully completed 5 projects, consisting of a five star luxury beachfront villa resort, an upscale beachfront resort, luxury beachfront bungalow resort, a mid-scale hotel and a residential compound of 6 luxury villas. As of today, the Company continues to be active in real estate project development business and is now pursuing development opportunities outside of its home market.
Being an owner, developer and an operator ourselves, we understand the importance of setting the right priorities for different stakeholders in the development process.
